30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased online, subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in resalable condition.
- Returns with damaged or defaced packaging, or products showing signs of use, will not be accepted.
- Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility.
- Returned products will not qualify for a refund but will instead result in an online store credit equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Faulty Products
- If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, the client is responsible for returning the defective item to TSI Solutions.Upon confirmation of the fault:
- The product will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, depending on availability.
- If the product cannot be repaired and a replacement is unavailable, online credit will be offered unless otherwise agreed upon.
Non-Refundable Items
- Any discounts, promotional offers, or coupons applied during purchase are non-refundable.
- Online store credits will only reflect the actual amount paid by the client, excluding discounts or coupon values.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled only if the cancellation request is made prior to shipment.
- Once a parcel has been shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
- For cancellations prior to shipment, an online store credit or full refund (excluding coupon amounts) will be issued within 7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- If the product cannot be repaired or replaced.
- If TSI Solutions has breached the terms of this Refund and Return Policy.
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Products damaged due to improper use or installation by the customer.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval and credited to the original payment method.
General Terms
- Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt, is required for all returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
- All returns must be shipped to the address specified by TSI Solutions, with return shipping costs borne by the client unless stated otherwise.
- TSI Solutions reserves the right to deny returns, repairs, or refunds if the terms of this policy are not followed.
- For goods requiring professional installation (e.g., security systems, gate motors, CCTV equipment, etc.), a copy of the invoice from a valid accredited installer must be supplied to retain warranty validity.
