At TSI Solutions we wish to provide quality products with quality service.
If you have purchased a product that is faulty out of the box, damaged or feel that the products purchased does not meet the advertised criteria, you may lodge a return request through our easy online platform.
Warranty
All products sold carry a 1 year supplier warranty against out of the box failure or product defects. A certificate of an accredited installer may be asked to consider such warranty claims. Proof of purchase must be provided. Due to the impact of loadshedding and the state of our power grid, no warranty can be provided on any batteries.
Returns policy
A product purchased online with TSI Solutions may be returned if:
- Proof of purchase is supplied,
- The product is returned within 30 days of purchase,
- Is in an excellent condition to be resold,
- The packaging is not damaged,
- Sent to TSI Solutions by courier at the buyer’s cost
Assessment
TSI Solutions hold the right to assess the product once received to determine if the return is eligible. A handling fee of 10% may be deducted from the refund if the product condition meets the policy requirements but the packaging has been opened. If the product condition does not meet the policy requirements an offer may be made to the client to accept the return with a lesser value. If the return or the offered value is rejected, the product will be held at TSI Solutions until collected by the client’s courier. If any returned items are not collected by the client withing 3 months, TSI Solutions will consider it as an abandoned item and may take ownership thereof.
Refund
If the return has been granted as per above assessment policy, a refund to the agreed value, less any possible handling fees as determined during assessment, will be loaded on the client’s account at TSI Solutions or paid out. A bank fee may be deducted to conduct a refund transaction to the client’s personal account.
